1 Large BR in Townhouse (FREE COMCAST)

I am subleasing a large BR in a 3BR 2.5 bath townhouse located in Sharps and Flats in South Davis. The room is available for summer and fall quarter 2010, but I am open to subletting the room for just the summer or just fall quarter. I will provide FREE comcast as well as free water and sewage, all you pay is pg&e. There is no deposit and provided that the room is well kept at the end of the sublease I will refund you $100. Depending on your preference, I can leave the room furnished or unfurnished. There will be 2 females living in the apartment over the summer and 3 during fall quarter. They are studious, friendly girls who spend a lot of time on campus and at work. If you sublet during the school year, one of them will be sharing a bathroom with you. Over the summer, since there are less people, you will get your own bathroom. The apartment was renovated this year and has all new black kitchen appliances.
