room in Russell Park for sublease from March

Hi all, One room in a 2B1B apartment in Russell Park is available for rent from the beginning of March, it is very convenient for UCD student. You will live with a very nice, polite and quiet Chinese couple (They are UCD graduate students). The rent will be $500 plus 1/3 utility+ 1/3 internet fees (usually < $530). Because my current roommates will graduate this summer, it is highly possible that you can own this whole apartment from summer. You have the choice to renew the lease.
