I am looking for one or two female(s) to rent my room for the summer. The rent is $425 for one person and $440 for 2 people (which is considerably cheaper than the actual price of $540). You will be living with 2 UCD female students who occupy the other room. They are clean and friendly. You will get your own vanity...I will also furnish the room for your convenience (Just let me know ahead of time if you require it).
This Wake Forest Apartment is near the U mall, close to school (less than 10 minutes bike/bus ride from school and the bus stop is right across from the apartment). It is very nice and quiet place, which comes with washer/dryer, swimming pool and spa. Sublet period: June 15 , 2010 to August 30,2010. The rent for June is free.
